Friday Favorite : Seo In Guk - Tease Me

For this week's Friday Favorite, we are inSane about Seo In Guk's flirty song 'Tease me'. This song is the title track from his new mini-album 'Perfect Fit'. Yes In Guk...you are the perfect fit. If you don't know yet, He was  former winner of Superstar K winner so his voice is daebak!



This song has a catchy beat that shows off Seo In Guk's sexy, soothing voice. The english lyrics make perfect sense as well. (Well done for being perfect!) 

Let's move on to the mv shall we? Seo In Guk stars in the mv as the main lead and his female counterpart is played by Son Eun Seo. If you didn't know yet they are actually a couple in the drama Love Rain, which is currenty airing in South Korea. Well, should we start?...first off the mv is well produced....for a completely different song. Honestly, the lyrics of the song does not match the story line of the mv at all! (What is wrong with the producers these days....running out of ideas are we...) In fact we did not understand the plot of this mv when we watched it the first time...then the second...then a lot of times. So after much contemplation and various interpretation of this music video we have come up with a conclusion on what the story of the mv is.


Story : Seo In Guk is a stunt driver who has come to a set of a movie/drama being filmed. He falls in love with the main actress but doesn't want to make the first move. He looks at her lovingly and in a way teases her.

So he tells her to "tease me" and give him a (flirty) sign to make him feel braver to confess his love. It seems that he goes off into his own little daydreams (like an actor/singer should): 
Daydream #1: In his head he is the one in the car with the actress instead of the main actor....(if we were on the set we would be daydreaming too......to be more precise we'd be kidnapping them both *bwahahahah*) 

Daydream #2: The main actress gives him a flower as a good luck for his stunt. ( I would go straight for a kiss)

If you've already watched the mv did you think it was weird how his clothes changed from a driving clothes to sexy clothes...and how he survived a crash??. . .
Here's our explanation for it. Read read read because it makes the most sense.,,
 ~He goes for the stunt drive and as he daydreams about her, he forgets to get out of the car or something goes horribly wrong and he wasn't able to get out of the car. We know that we see him get out however that's his soul getting out in the clothes of the main actor (ie the character he wants to be....with the girl). As he's dead now he gets out of the car comfortably thinking that now he has the girl and everything is fine and dandy.
But in reality, he's dead and the car blew up. To be honest it's left in a cliffhanger as we see the whole scene rewind and this time oori Gukie goes into the car without the girl handing him the flower ( It's okay...we're here for you).
